actually seem like she was taking note of me and i in fact choose video treatment um over you understand texting or e-mail whatever i don’t understand if they do treatment through email i do not believe so but i really choose video over anything therefore i did that in hopes that we would be able to construct off of what we had actually already been sort of discussing and a few of the concerns that we have actually been going over and so it did not end up being um it didn’t turn out to be what i desired it to be she appeared to be actually sidetracked it was in my mind it resembled she was playing solitaire or something on her computer like she never for like she would take a look at me every so often however probably 97 of the time she was looking in another instructions which didn’t actually make me seem like i was hurt or being listened to therefore she you understand was likewise like on her phone and just i don’t understand it just was actually odd now much better hope they they only utilize licensed therapists therefore i had actually looked this uh looked her up due to the fact that i simply wanted to make certain everything was legitimate and it was um but the um you know how they state you understand like bedside manners like with physicians i didn’t um i do not truly know what it would be phone side coach video side way i don’t understand treatment side manner heard manner didn’t work for me um and so like i said i i didn’t really feel as if i the one thing that i wanted to do most like i said was a video option i didn’t actually feel as if that was the strongest match of my therapist now we did have actually you know thorough conversation however um there were there were long times when i would state certain things and
she would react with something that was like super random or in some cases she was you understand react to what i said or like i do not understand it just didn’t appear like she was very present um so i got a new therapist through the much better health platform therefore when you are registering for a therapist you need to submit like this survey and they assign you to someone and so i submitted the survey once again um and it you need to go into you understand well i entered into depth on my scenario and so that didn’t truly feel good to need to go through that process all over once again um however i resembled whatever so that brand-new therapist got appointed to me and after that she sent me a message that stated you really ought to be trying to find somebody who focuses on this i would motivate you to change your supplier so then i had to fill up out the um survey again go through that whole injury of filling it out again and then i was appointed to another therapist so i uh my therapist and i were utilizing the messaging function she wasn’t as responsive as my first therapist but she still was responsive sufficient therefore then i registered for a video for Better Help Customer Service Associate
It cost me 272 dollars and that was with the monetary help um and the the one thing that i truly truly enjoyed about um much better help was the reality that i could talk to my therapist at any point and so that’s what i started doing i was i was talking to my therapist non-stop through text message so we were texting back and forth talking to her non-stop um any any and whatever that i was feeling i was talking with my therapist about it and um i decided that i wanted to do a video a video with her so i desired to do a um a live the live video alternative and so when i did that um the chemistry and the rapport and all of the things that i felt like we constructed just wasn’t there and i didn’t.
